Abstract
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT (MSCT)对迷走右锁骨下动脉(ARSA)的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析1 5例ARSA的MSCT图像,采用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)等后处理方法进行重建并分析.结果 MSCT检查及其重建技术,能够清晰的全方面显示ARSA的细节及其与周围结构的关系.15例中13例开口位置在第3胸椎水平,2例开口位置在第4胸椎水平.5例开口处扩大,1例近开口处狭窄.结论 MSCT对ARSA的诊断具有重要价值.
