Effect of Shenmai injection on the improvement of hemodialysis sufficiency in patients with hypotension

Objective: To analyze the effects of Shenmai injection on hemodialysis adequacy in patients with hypotention.Methods: Thirty hemodialysis patients with hypotension were treated with or without Shenmai injection during hemodialysis.Results: There were increased blood pressure(P0.05) and Kt/V values(P0.01) in patients treated with Shenmai injection compared to the controls.Conclusion: Shenmai injection can improve hemodialysis sufficiency in patients with hypotension.
