Optimization of Synthesis Technology of Oximido-acetophenone

Oximido-acetophenone was synthesized from sodium nitrite,methanol,concentrated sulphuric acid and acetophenone with sodium hydroxide as the catalyst by two steps reaction.Best reaction conditions are found by orthogonal test.The optimum conditions were as follows the amount ratio of sodium nitrite,methano,sulfuric acid and acetophenone was 0.8∶1.0∶0.5∶1.0;the amount of catalyst sodium hydroxide was 10 mL(1.2 mol/L),reaction temperature was 5 ℃.The total yield ratio of products was 83.1%,and the content was 99.0%.Results show that temperature was the main affecting factor.
