Abstract
During a prospective study of 50 uveitis in non immunodepressed adults, it appears that 4 patients (8 %) had acquired ocular toxoplasmosis without extraocular symptoms. 4 had unilateral and focal posterior uveitis (3 chorioretinitis, 1 uveopapillitis) with anterior uveitis (3/4) or intermediate uveitis (1/4). 2 patients had a visual acuity < 2/10 ème . Diagnosis was obtained by strong positivity of seric IgM and coefficient of immunologic charge in anterior chamber. Evolution was slowly resolutive with corticoïds, pyrimethamine and sulfadiazine.
