Abstract
目的:研究生牡蛎以及不同温度下煅牡蛎的差异性特征鉴别方法。方法:采用差热分析、红外光谱分析和X射线衍射分析等多种方法对生牡蛎、不同温度下的煅牡蛎以及化学药品碳酸钙、氧化钙进行鉴别。结果:低温下的煅牡蛎成分比生牡蛎更接近于碳酸钙。结论:结合上述分析方法可建立指纹图谱对生、煅牡蛎进行鉴别。
