矽肺患者血液中转化生长因子-β1表达水平的研究

Abstract
为探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与矽肺的关系,采集16例矽肺患者和15例正常人的静脉血8 ml,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血液中TGF-β1的含量.提取外周血淋巴细胞中的总RNA以及血清中的总蛋白质,分别用RT-PCR和Western-blot检测方法检验TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白质表达水平.结果显示,矽肺患者血清TGF-β1为(203.14±32.38)μg/ml,正常人血清TGF-β1为(42.66±15.50)μg/ml,两者差异有统计学意义(t=19.51,P<0.01);矽肺患者血液中TGF-β1水平明显高于正常人.TGF-β1可作为矽肺患者的血清学检测指标.
