<正>男性患者,52岁,因反复出现下前牙肿痛、颏部流脓2年入院。查体:颏部正中稍偏左约1cm肿胀,见一瘘管,挤压有脓性分泌物流出,探诊经瘘管可探至骨面。口内检查:牙式,左下3颜色稍发暗,松动(-),叩痛(±),牙龈无红肿,其颊侧根方移行部粘膜略红于周围粘膜,轻度肿胀,触痛(±)。曲面体层片示:见左下尖牙似有与其重叠的"多生牙"影像,
