Abstract
采用连退模拟试验机、彩色金相、X衍射和拉伸试验等手段,对无硅高铝的相变诱导塑性(TRIP)钢在400~460℃贝氏体等温后得到的组织和性能进行研究,探讨了贝氏体等温温度对组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在400℃保温300 s,该实验钢的抗拉强度达到613 MPa,断后伸长率达30%。随着贝氏体等温温度的升高,抗拉强度也升高,而伸长率降低。随着残奥体积分数和碳含量的减小,试样的屈服强度降低,抗拉强度升高,强塑积和断后伸长率都随之降低。
