摘要
The existence of inhomogeneous magnetoelectric interaction in magnetic dielectrics provides with the possibility to stabilize by gradient electric field the vortex or antivortex state in magnetic nanoparticle. This system can be considered as electrically switchable 2-state logic magnetic element.
