基于传统教育评价系统忽略教学环境差异、评价标准繁多无法实时得出结果的问题,本文介绍了新型教学质量评价系统的设计与实现,运用多尺度模型与模糊评判方法相结合的方法,面向该系统提出需求分析、业务流程等方案,最终对不同教学环境下教师的教学质量水平进行评判,得出针对性较强的评价结果.
