Abstract
目的 比较体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)与输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效和安全性.方法总结ESWL和URSL治疗输尿管下段结石200例的临床资料,其中ESWL组105例,URSL组95例.结果 ESWL组的单次碎石成功率为61.9％ (65/105),URSL组为94.7％ (90/95)；ESWL组术后4周的结石排净率为67.6％(71/105),URSL组为97.8％ (88/90)；比较2组疗效差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 URSL治疗输尿管下段结石疗效明显优于ESWL.
