Abstract
目前治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的主要药物为糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂,但其疗效尚未获得明确的临床证据。IPF中的主要效应细胞为成纤维细胞,干扰成纤维细胞的增殖对抑制IPF的进展有重要的临床意义。本文重点论述IPF的诊断标准并综述成纤维细胞在IPF发病机制及治疗中的研究进展。
