银杏叶软胶囊液诊间封药的临床疗效

Abstract
目的比较银杏叶软胶囊液与氢氧化钙诊间封药的临床疗效.方法将患者随机分组,对照组根管内放置氢氧化钙棉捻,实验组根管内放置银杏叶软胶囊液,分别记录两组患牙封药前后的临床表现和复诊次数,并进行统计学分析.结果实验组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为92.31%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论银杏叶软胶囊液与氢氧化钙在诊间封药有同样的疗效,能较好地改善临床症状,是理想的纯中药根管消毒剂.
