Abstract
目的 探讨生存素基因Survivin对缺血/再灌注神经细胞凋亡的影响.方法 构建真核表达质粒pEGFP-Suvivin,脂质体介导转染细胞,筛选获得稳定表达Suvivin基因的转染细胞,于转染24 h制作体外缺血/再灌注模型.于造模后6 h对比模型组、空载体组、实验组细胞在Suvivin蛋白、细胞凋亡等方面的变化.观察Suvivin基因对缺血/再灌注神经细胞的抗凋亡作用.结果 实验组细胞凋亡率明显低于模型组.结论 Suvivin基因转染能有效地保护缺血/再灌注细胞免受凋亡,为其临床应用提供了理论和实验依据.
