Abstract
目的:探讨桡骨远端C型骨折中柱处理的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年12月得到随访的22例桡骨远端C型骨折手术患者的临床资料.结果:22例患者随访6～14个月,按Gartland and Werley的评分标准:优16例,良3例,可3例,优良率86.4％.结论:桡骨远端C型骨折的治疗中注重桡骨远端中柱的解剖复位,增加下尺桡关节的稳定性,可降低桡骨远端骨折的后期并发症,提高临床疗效.
