针对组合机床的运动特点,采用多台SDPLC单轴控制系统实现对转台式多工位组合机床的数字化控制,应用系统提供的PLC程序及STEP程序完成组合机床的逻辑控制及加工运动,通过对控制系统通讯功能的开发,利用ADP软件依据人机通讯地址所需求的转换关系,在触摸屏上完成满足用户需求的人机界面设计.
