Clinical study of bile duct radiography in laparoscope cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the methods, indications and clinical value of bile duct radiography in laparoscope cholecystectomy. Methods Laparoscope cholecystectomy in 38 patients having bile duct radiography from cystic duct, the positive cases have exploration of common bile duct, the negative cases only have laparoscope cholecystectomy. Results Bile duct radiography was succeeded in 38 cases, 36 cases were negative, 2 cases were positive. Conclusions Bile duct radiography can avoid negative exploration of common bile duct, lessen missed diagnosis, has important applicational value in clinic.
