Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of temperature,auxin and GA on breaking the seed dormancy and stimulating the seed germination of F.unibracteata Hsiao.et.K.C.Hsia.Methods: The seeds were soaked by auxin with 25,50,100,200ppm,inducing after-ripening at sand-buried temperature 5,15,25℃.Physiological dormancy relief method was used to deal with seeds in a 50,150,250,350,450 density solution respectively.Germination test was in a environment of 5,10,15,20 and 25℃.Results: Seed germination of F.unibracteata Hsiao could be promoted obviously by auxin,especially at 200ppm;Proembryo could sprout at 5℃ and 15℃,and stopped sprouting at 25℃;After 85 days,78.5% seminal proembryo differentiated mature embryo;Autumn period was shortened to 60 days at 200ppm,15℃.Conducting with gibberellin could promote germination percentage of mature seed and 250ppm gibberellin enhanced germination rate to 80%.During 5℃ to 25℃,germination time of seed gradually shortened along with temperature rising,while the time would extend when it was higher than 25℃.Conclusion: Appropriate density auxin and GA could promote relief of form and physiology dormancy.Optimum density of auxin and GA were 200ppm and 250ppm respectively.During 5℃ to 25℃,germination interval could be shortened.
