Abstract
以L-苯丙氨酸为原料,经还原、酰胺化、环合反应得到了(S,S)-(1-乙基亚丙基)双(4-苄基-2-噁唑啉)[(S,S)-Bnbox],一种可用于不对称聚合反应以合成光学活性聚合物的手性配体,并利用合成的手性配体(S,S)-Bnbox与有机金属形成络合物,进行了单体(S)-N-马来酰基-L-亮氨酸甲酯[(S)-MLMI]的不对称阴离子聚合反应.实验结果证明了该手性配体对某些N-取代马来酰亚胺(RMI)的阴离子聚合有促进作用.
