Abstract
目的:了解本区城区小学寄宿生乙肝病毒感染情况及乙肝疫苗接种情况.方法:采用ELISA法对5829人城区小学寄宿生进行乙肝病毒5项标志物榆测.结果:HBsAg阳性率1.03%(60/5829),HBsAb阳性率50.08%(2919/5829未除去个别既往感染者),5项标志物全阴性率49.51%(2850/5829).结论:小学寄宿生乙肝感染在一定程度上还存在,乙肝疫苗接种率偏低;建议有关部门在对中小学生体检时有必要增加乙肝标志物检测,对易感学生进行预防接种.
