Analysis of Policies and Management Systems to Private CHS

In order to perfect central and local governments’ policies and management systems to private CHS,we compared the policies and management systems to private CHS with the policies and management systems to public CHS. The result: the same preferential policies and management system,used by CHS that under the auspices of the government,have been implemented on private CHS institutions by country and local government on admittance and elimination management,regional health layout,medical insurance institution intake,public health compensation,public health reorientation,strictly supervising and management and so on. But there are still some biases on houses and equipment,personnel,medical service price management,policy implementation.
