198例老年人急性上消化道出血的病因探讨

Abstract
目的通过临床住院病例分析,以期发现老年人上消化道出血的常见原因.方法通过内镜、上消化道钡餐及病理组织学确诊,收集诊断明确的2002年6月～2005年6月同期在该院住院的患者,年龄≤59岁的为中青年组,≥60岁的为老年组.结果老年人上消化道出血以胃溃疡和肿瘤病因为主;中青年人以十二指肠球部溃疡和食管静脉破裂出血常见.结论临床遇到老年人发生急性上消化道出血应多考虑胃溃疡和肿瘤的可能.
