Abstract
采用田间试验,对K326、云烟85、CB-1、红花大金元(红大)4个烤烟品种进行叶面喷施钼肥处理,研究了施钼对上部烟叶烘烤前期抗坏血酸(AsA)含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和烤后烟叶等级的影响。结果表明:在土壤缺钼(有效钼0.03 mg/kg)条件下,施钼的K326和云烟85品种成熟烟叶AsA含量提高,并且4个品种在烘烤前期(0~72 h内)烟叶AsA含量基本高于对照。施钼处理的K326、红大和CB-1成熟烟叶体内PPO活性明显降低,4个品种在烘烤前期(特别是48 h内)PPO活性基本低于对照;施钼的烤后上中等烟叶比例明显提高,杂色烟比例显著降低。
