膳食纤维液体培养基对秀珍菇富硒转化效率的影响

Abstract
以麦麸、葛渣为培养基的膳食纤维原料,采用液体培养技术,研究含膳食纤维基质原料的液体培养基对秀珍菇富硒营养转化效率的影响。与常规过滤液体培养基的试验比较,结果显示:未过滤的麦麸、葛渣培养基,有利于促进菌丝球形成,提高生物产量,从而促进菌丝对硒营养的代谢转化。其中,3%未过滤的麦麸培养基生物量高达22.4 mg·mL-1,硒吸收转化率高达71.05%,5%未过滤的葛渣培养基生物量最高达27.5mg·mL-1,硒吸收转化率高达96.16%,生物量比对照提高1~2倍,硒吸收转化率提高37%~45%。
