Abstract
选择30例恒牙初期安氏II类1分类患者(18男、12女),年龄为11～13岁,采用T4A矫治器.矫治前后均通过X线头影测量,经过(13.1±1.8)个月的治疗,面型和下颌矢状向的发育改善,SNB角及面部高度增加,ANB角减小,上前牙长轴有明显改善,前牙覆盖减小.T4A在恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类的治疗中作用明显,有推广应用价值.
