Abstract
目的:优化参附汤的提取工艺.方法:采用正交实验设计,考察水的用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,以人参总皂苷含量、附子总生物碱含量和浸膏得率为评定指标,用综合评分法进行数据处理,对参附汤的提取工艺进行优化.结果:所考察的因素中,对提取工艺影响程度依次为:提取次数＞水的用量＞提取时间.参附汤最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取0.5h.结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率较高.
