Abstract
针对模具型腔表面,研究手持式工具电化学机械光整加工的工具设计、表面质量和精度特性等关键技术问题,重点研究不规则表面工具库的建立;磨料粒度、工具摩擦速度、工具压力等工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响,获得较佳的工艺参数范围;探讨常规工艺条件下零件的精度特征.最后以带外圃弧平面、内曲面、窄槽面等形状的实际零件进行加工实验,验证了手持工具式电化学机械光整加工技术的应用效果.
