超临界 CO2 流体萃取法与干法熬制提取暹罗鳄鱼油的比较

Abstract
目的:分别采用超临界CO2萃取法及干法熬制提取暹罗鳄油脂,并进行油脂得率、脂肪酸得率及油脂主要成分的比较研究.方法:分别采用超临界CO2萃取法及干法熬制提取暹罗鳄油脂,比较油脂及脂肪酸得率,并对2种工艺提取的鳄鱼油脂进行GC-MS分析,面积归一化法测定计算各主要成分的相对百分含量.结果:超临界CO2萃取法、于法熬制油脂得率分别为32.6%,60.0%,脂肪酸得率分别为73.06%,76.78%,两种提取方法所得油脂的主要化学成分含量不完全相同.结论:干法熬制提取暹罗鳄鱼油在油脂得率方面有显著优势,超临界CO2萃取暹罗鳄鱼油脂的方法仍待进一步研究与优化.
