The Relationship between Neuronal Apoptosis and Down-regulated Function of Neuroimmunoregulation Network

Objective To explore the pattern of down-regulated function of neuroimmunoregulation network. Methods Rat wholesome genome array was performed to analyze the genes of neuronal apoptosis in relation to neuroimmunoregulation of the lateral hypothalamus (LH) and the anterior amygdaloid area(AA) in rats at different immunization time points. The function trees of different genes were analyzed with the PathWay Miner public database. Results Six hundreds and thirty-two genes were considered to be differentially expressed in comparison to the control group. There were thirty-four genes in 31 signal conduction pathways related cell functions, including the apoptosis and related pathways by correlation analysis of function trees of different genes. Conclusions Down-regulated function of neuroimmunoregulation network by neuronal apoptosis appeared to play a part in LH and AA.
