Abstract
哺乳动物脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)基因在脂肪酸合成中起至关重要的作用.研究利用PCR-SSCP方法检测109头中国荷斯坦奶牛FASN基因第2、4、26、34外显子遗传多态性,并对多态性与泌乳性状进行相关性分析.结果表明:仅第34外显子(g.16009)存在A/G多态性,其余3个外显子均未发现多态性;第34外显子有2个等位基因为A(突变点为G)/B(突变点为A),基因频率0.8 802/0.1 198;最小二乘分析表明,第34外显子不同基因型对乳脂率、体细胞评分(SCS)效应显著(P＜0.05).为进一步探索牛奶中乳脂率调控机制奠定一定基础.
