益视汤对脾气虚证兔视网膜脱离复位后超微结构的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨自组中药益视汤对脾气虚证兔视网膜脱离(RD)自动复位后超微结构恢复的影响.方法 将26只健康成年新西兰灰兔随机分为脾气虚证RD自动复位组(A组)、益视汤治疗组(B组)及空白对照组(C组),分别于术后10、20、30天处死实验兔摘取眼球,用透射电镜观察比较视网膜超微结构的变化.结果 益视汤治疗组RD自动复位后视网膜各层组织细胞超微结构的恢复情况明显较脾气虚证RD组好,且随时间延长治疗作用增加.结论 益视汤有益于脾气虚证兔RD自动复位后视网膜超微结构的重建.
