菘蓝种子总多酚提取工艺的优化及抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
目的 研究菘蓝种子总多酚的最佳提取工艺条件,并初步探讨其抗氧化活性.方法 采用单因素试验和L9 (34)正交试验法,确定菘蓝种子总多酚最佳提取工艺;并考察其对DPPH·的清除能力.结果 菘蓝种子总多酚的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:10,甲醇质量分数60％,提取温度50℃,提取时间40 min.抗氧化活性评价显示菘篮种子总多酚清除DPPH·的能力呈浓度依赖效应,当总多酚质量浓度为1.0 μg/mL时,与BHT的抗氧化能力基本相当.结论 本研究建立了菘蓝种子总多酚的最佳超卢提取工艺条件,总多酚得率为(8.92±0.03) mg/g,DPPH·法评价结果显示其具有一定的抗氧化活性.
