Endoscopic dilation of a benign postoperative colonic stenosis with a Sengstaken-Blakemore tube
Gastrointestinal Endoscopy(1996)
摘要
Endoscopic dilations are indicated in cases of benign stenosis following colonic resection. With the more widespread use of staplers in surgical procedures, this complication may occur in 2% to 5% of anastomoses. 1 Pietropaolo V Masoni L Ferrara M Montori A. None of these can be permanently positioned for several days within a stenosis.
