Abstract
为解决裁切生产线伺服系统推进过程中发生的产品与推进系统分离的问题,对伺服系统结构组成及工作原理进行研究;通过对伺服系统推进过程进行力学分析,找出了发生分离现象的原因和条件,依据理论分析,通过对伺服推进系统的改进,2处设置减速阶段时间分别为0.5 s和0.75 s,推牙与产品未发生分离,满足裁切精度要求。
