C-Peptide suppression test and recurrent insulinoma

We describe the sequential results of C-peptide suppression tests during follow-up of a patient with a malignant insulinoma who underwent surgery at the time of diagnosis and had a seven-year remission before relapse. In addition, we document the successful outcome of a second surgical procedure for resection of metastases following relapse
