4种植物源杀虫剂对烟蚜的药效及其对异色瓢虫的毒力测定

Abstract
为选择对烟蚜控制效果较好而对异色瓢虫毒性较小的植物源杀虫剂,测定了虫菊素—苦参碱、百部—川楝—苦参碱、苦参碱、鱼藤酮等4种常见植物源杀虫剂对烟蚜的田间药效及其对异色瓢虫成虫的毒力。结果表明,百部—川楝—苦参碱对烟蚜控制效果最好,接近化学杀虫剂对照吡虫啉,除虫菊素—苦参碱和鱼藤酮防效次之。另外,除虫菊素—苦参碱和苦参碱对异色瓢虫成虫的安全系数相对较高,分别为12.82~15.39和5.57~13.48。4种植物源杀虫剂中除虫菊素—苦参碱对烟蚜和异色瓢虫的选择性较高,适宜在烟蚜防治中与异色瓢虫交替组合使用。
