Abstract
目的 探讨锝[99Tc]-亚甲基双膦酸盐(云克)治疗老年女性绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效和安全性.方法 用云克治疗126例老年女性绝经后骨质疏松症,观察治疗前后的临床表现及实验室检查指标,髋关节骨密度(BMD,血清骨钙素(BGP,和尿毗啶酚(PYD的变化.结果 该药有效率为92.9%,可显著增加骨密度(P＜0.05),骨代谢指标尿吡啶酚降低(P＜0.05)和血清骨钙素升高(P＜0.05).结论 锝[99Tc]-亚甲基双膦酸盐疗效明显,使用安全,无明显的副作用,值得临床广泛推广使用.
