Abstract
以辽宁西北地区风电集中地区的风电现状及发展情况为基础,结合地区"十二五"电网规划网架建设情况,提出风电的就近消纳和分散送出两种原则,规范"十二五"期间风电场接入系统设计工作,对需要新建的风电汇流站布点方案进行初步研究,提出建设方案,并通过大量的仿真计算,确定"十二五"期间的风电接入容量。
