Abstract
复杂射频通道由大量的有源、无源微波器件构成,在调试和应用过程中需反复开展大量的测试工作。论文基于Visual C++6.0编译环境,利用GPIB和LAN构建了自动测试系统,在完成对仪器参数远程控制的基础上,实现了数据采集、实时显示与数据处理等功能,满足射频通道典型参数的测试要求,简化了测试流程,提高了测试效率。
