针对某炼钢厂连铸车间大跨度桥式起重机主梁端部出现的裂纹,对起重机桥架整体CAE建模,运用有限元技术模拟桥式起重机运行过程中的应力分布情况,根据桥式起重机的设计原理,分析了裂纹产生的力学原因.为其后期的加固方案提供了依据.
