Abstract
采用有限元模拟分析了壳体三套成形方案的可行性。结果表明:三套方案均能实现壳体零件无缺陷成形,三个方案凸模最高承受载荷分别为,82.4、121和84.8kN。确定材料利用率为95%和模承受载荷为82.4kN的薄壁管缩口成形工艺为最优方案,并设计模具进行了试验验证。
