销孔形状近似椭圆的新型钛合金拉伸试件的设计及应用

Abstract
针对销孔式新型钛合金拉伸试件因应力集中而产生断裂等问题,提出了将圆柱销孔改为近似椭圆形状的结构设计思路.首先应用有限元方法模拟试件在拉伸过程的实际情况,分析结构参数与试件应力分布的关系,在此基础上确定了试件的结构参数,并使用所设计的试件进行拉伸实验,考察了退火处理条件对钛合金机械性能的影响.
