乌梅炭品的微粒数和球形度评价

Abstract
乌梅为一传统的收敛固涩药,其炒制成炭药具有收敛、止血、祛瘀等功效。在乌梅炭品的微粒数测定上采用非参比物显微定量分析方法,分别测定每毫克乌梅炭品所含显微特征微粒的个数,以及100个特征微粒的球形度。实验数据表明,乌梅随着炒制时间的增加,乌梅炭品显微特征微粒数呈现明显上升趋势,而标准炭的球形度明显优于轻炭和重炭。
