无机颗粒堵剂与地层孔隙喉道的匹配性实验

Abstract
为满足无机颗粒堵剂注入不同径向深度地层的封堵需要,必须对无机颗粒堵剂与地层孔喉的匹配关系进行研究.考察了堵刺颗粒直径d50.与地层孔隙喉道直径Dc的比值β以及堵剂固相含量C与地层孔喉的匹配关系.确定了粒径中值d50为25.1μm的超细水泥作为堵剂颗粒,选择了3种不同粒径范围的油层出砂充填填砂管,换算出相应的孔喉直径Dc和β值.利用平流泵以稳定排量q将无机颗粒堵剂注入填砂管,模拟无机颗粒堵剂注入疏松砂岩地层的过程.通过测量不同(β,C)组合与相应平流泵注入压力pτ的关系来表征超细水泥浆体系注入不同径向深度地层孔喉的匹配关系.应用该研究成果已实现了对近井壁疏松砂岩地层的封堵,并用于指导大港油田大孔道地层深部封堵试验.
