Status and developmental countermeasure of traditional sports major of colleges and universities in Shandong

The status of five colleges and universities which included traditional sports discipline in Shandong were analyzed and discussed by questionnaire,investigation and expert interview,it has been found out that the structure of technical post is appropriate,education background is low;the cultivating program and course set are unspecific,major direction is single;job-searching range is narrow.It pointed out to improve education background of youth and teacher-echelonconstruct,enhance the cultivating program and course set,highlight college characteristics and local characteristics,limit enrollment,and improve skill and competitive ability of student.
