青岛地区汉族群体15个STR基因座的遗传多态性研究

Abstract
目的了解15个短串联重复STR基因座在青岛地区汉族群体的遗传学数据。方法对来自青岛地区汉族的200个无关个体的血样,Chelex法提取DNA;;,PCR复合扩增,采用A;;BI的全自动遗传分析仪进行基因分型,用Matlab编程进行统计学处理。结果获得了D21S11,D7S820,D13S317,D19S433,D3S1358,D8S1179,CSF1P0,THO1,D16S539,D2S1338,VWA;;,TPOX,D18S51,D5S818,FGA;;十五个STR基因座的遗传多态性参数。结论 15个STR基因座的累计个人识别率和非父排除率较高,适用于法医学亲子鉴定和个体识别
