Abstract
采用高温固相法合成BaMg2–x(PO4)2:xEu^3+橙红色光致荧光粉。研究了激活剂Eu^3+掺量及电荷补偿剂对其发光性质的影响。X射线衍射显示样品为纯相BaMg2(PO4)2晶体结构。光致光谱表明,该样品适于UV–LED(ultraviolet–light emitting diode)管芯(350~410 nm)激发,主发射为595 nm(^5D0→^7F1)、614 nm(^5D0→^7F2)和700 nm(^5D0→^7F4)。研究结果表明,随着掺Eu^3+量的增大,可以促进5D0→7F1跃迁而相对抑制5D0→7F2跃迁。电荷补偿结果显示:掺入Li^+、Na^+、K^+均能提高发射强度,Li+对595 nm发射强度的提高效果最佳,而K+对614 nm强度的提高效果最佳;增大补偿离子半径可提高^5D0→^7F2电偶极跃迁几率。
