Abstract
运用QC质量管理体系对气管插管患者非计划性拔管事件进行调查分析,然后以计划、执行、检查、处理的科学程序进行管理循环,即PDCA循环,使非计划性拔管发生率从2.72%降至0.85%,从而提高了危重患者的护理管理质量。
