New Rural Area Building And Agricultural Land Use System Reform

Agricultural land use system has undergone a vast changes course since the beginning of reform and opening-up.At present the main way to use the agricultural land is contractual operation.As an important component and system support of new rural area building,new rural area building will promote the further de- velopment of rural agricultural land use system reform.We should reform the present land contractual operation system from the aspects of promoting the marketability of farmland allocation,diversification of the way of land use,promoting agricultural land flow,expanding agricultural land use rights and strengthening protection and so on.
