Abstract
以水滑石为载体,负载一系列手性α-氨基酸席夫碱来催化潜手性酮硅氢加成反应,继而水解得到手性二级醇.结果表明,在催化苯乙酮和三乙氧基硅烷的硅氢加成反应中,转化率达95%以上,ee值达57%.
